Spray Pyrolysis Equipment for following Processes
The process of thin film deposition, wherein the required solution containing the percursor, is sprayed onto the surface of heated substrate, is called Spray Pyrolysis. This is used to fabricate nanostructures by using nano porus nebulizers for the spraying process. The spray pyrolysis process leads to the desired chemical reaction and formation of the final material.
The different types of spray pyrolisis techniques that are being used today in scientific laboratories are:
1. Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) – This is a popular technique for low-cost , large-scale, synthesization of nano materials and thin films.
2. Flame spray pyrolysis (FSP) – Using this technique, oxide thin films are directly deposited onto desired substrates by evaporation and decomposition of sprayed liquid precursors.
3. Laser pyrolysis – This technique uses continuous waves of CO2 laser to heat flowing reactant gases, resulting in molecular decomposition to form vapors to initiate nucleation and followed by the growth of nanoparticles.
Navson Spin Coaters
Designed for fitting into chambers such as Glove Box, the NT12000 is capable of ramping with an acceleration of 8000 RPM/s and a highest RPM of 12000 making it unique in its class. It uses a vacuum-free mechanism to hold the substrates (PATENT PENDING).
